A 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with the purpose of educating the public in the need for community-wide interest, concern, and involvement to ensure a quality, livable community in the Parkland, Washington area, and to provide charitable assistance as allowed by state and federal laws.

Membership

Who can join Parkland Community Association (PCA) ?

Membership is open to any interested person sixteen years of age and older who resides, owns property or business in the Parkland area (boundary map) or is a representative thereof.  

Is there a fee to be a member?

Annual Membership Fees:
$25  businesses, $10 individuals, $2 financial need

Community Partners


Julie Collison, PCA Vice-President, shares Parkland history information with the Rotary Club of Parkland Spanaway at a monthly meeting.

Save Parkland School, a committee of PCA, provided public comment at the Pierce County Landmarks and Historic Preservation Commission and Pierce County Council meetings to protest the demolition permit on the landmark school built in 1908.  Learn more about this effort on the Save Parkland School website.
